Sheet Pancake Recipe with Banana and Oats

Banana Oat Sheet Pancakes!
4 bananas mashed
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups milk
6 tablespoons fat of choice
1 cup rolled oats
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 tablespoons sugar
Mix all and pour on 13x20 parchment palate lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350’f for 20 minutes.
If using a smaller pan- put extra mix in muffin tins!
Top with your favorites and enjoy :)
