INGREDIENTS :

1/2 sweetheart cabbage
2 medium carrots
1 medium onion
4 tablespoons sour cream ( 61.2 grams )
1 cup mayonnaise ( 230 grams )
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar ( 14.78 ml )
2 teaspoons sugar ( 8 grams )
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder ( 0.32 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.grate 2 medium carrots
.grate 1 medium onion
.chop 1/2 sweetheart cabbage in a food processor
.in a large bowl add chopped cabbage, grated carrots
.add grated onion, 1 cup mayonnaise
.add 4 tablespoons sour cream, 1 tablespoon white wine Vinegar
.add 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder, 2 teaspoons sugar
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
.mix well until all ingredients are combined
