Alec Baldwin could be charged again in fatal ‘Rust’ shooting as new report claims he pulled trigger

In anticipation of her upcoming trial scheduled for December, the film’s armorer, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, and her legal team are placing significant emphasis on a fresh report provided by independent forensic firearm specialists.

Lucien Haag and Mike Haag, who were engaged by the prosecution, have reached the conclusion that Baldwin was responsible for pulling the trigger of the gun, leading to its discharge, Fox News reported.
