For Chicken Marinade:
- Chicken Wings (500g) چکن ونگز کا گوشت
- Red Bell Pepper Powder (1 Tsp) کشمیری لال مرچ
- Turmeric powder (1 Tsp) ہلدی پاؤڈر
- Cumin Powder (1 Tsp) زیرہ پاؤڈر
- Pink Salt As Required (1.5 Tsp) گُلابی نمک
- Thick full fat whisked Yoghurt (140g) گاڑھا مکمل چکنائی والا دہی
Mix it well اچھی طرح مکس کریں
Marinade for one Hour ایک گھنٹے کے لئے میرینڈ کریں
For Gravy
- Cooking Oil (1/2 Half Cup) کوکنگ آئل
- Onion chopped (3 Medium) پیاز کٹی ہوئی
Fry until 50% Done مکمل ہونے تک بھونیں
- Red Chili Flakes (1 Tsp) کوٹی ہوئی لال مرچ
- Black Peppercorns Crushed (1/2 Tsp) کالی مرچ پسی ہوئی
- Pink Salt As Required (1/2 Tsp) گُلابی نمک
- Red Chili Powder (1 Tsp) لال مرچ پاؤڈر
- Ginger & Garlic Paste (1.5 Tsp) ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ
- Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp) سویا سوس
- Tomatoes Ketchup (3 Tbsp) ٹماٹوز کیچپ
Fry well for five minutes پانچ منٹ تک اچھی طرح بھونیں
After Marinate Chicken چکن کو میرینیٹ کرنے کے بعد
Fry well for two minutes دو منٹ تک اچھی طرح بھونیں۔
- Water as required (1 Cup) پانی
Cook for thirty minutes تیس منٹ تک پکائیں
Cook Medium Flame درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں
- Green Chilies (5-4) ہری مرچ
- Green Coriander Leaves Chopped (1 Cup) دھنیا باریک کٹی ہوئی
Cook for two minutes دو منٹ تک پکائیں
INSTRUCTIONS:
For chicken Marinade:
1. In a bowl add all ingredients mentioned above chicken marinade. Mix until the chicken pieces are coated well. Let it rest for 30 minutes
For chili garlic paste :
1. In a bowl soak chilies in hot boiling water for 20 minutes.
2. In a blender or food processor add garlic and smoked chilies along with water. Blend until you get a smooth paste. Keep aside.
For Gravy:
1. In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger and coriander stem. saute for 1 minute.
2. Add chopped onion and cook until it just changes t color.
3. Add prepared chili garlic paste, ketchup, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes, black pepper and cumin powder.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
5. Now add water and cook until chicken is tender and soft. add spring onion green, coriander and green chilies.
Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
