But sometimes life happens and we have to shift our priorities and turn our attention where it is needed most, instead of on ourselves. Still, taking care of one’s self if very important, no matter your age, and it is high time you indulge yourself in some.

Life had been hard on 76-year-old Barbara Rogers. Her husband had passed away just two months before this video was taken. But Barbara knew that is time for her to let some freshness into her life and what better way to do that than with a makeover!

She tells Christopher that it was her daughter’s idea to come in the salon, especially since she is a loyal customer of Chris! When she finally found herself in the ‘hot seat’, Barbara is completely cooperative with the makeover team and fully open to Chris’ suggestions. Her only request was to keep it simple, because as she got older, she didn’t want to do all that stuff, like perms and curls.
