Drew from Hartley's Crocodile Adventures was kind enough to spend some time with us to chat crocodiles, crocodile management and the chances of survival if you are grabbed (like what to do).

Full pics and full story of the interview can be found split into two sections of our blog.

Given the human population and croc population increasing due to protections afforded in the 70's, interactions are increasing including some fatal.

Our advice - Be very wary around all creeks and rivers in northern Australia and do not go within 5 metres of the water especially when landing fish.

They have also been known to traverse waterfalls and enter freshwater even though they are known as saltwater crocodiles.
