Surely you also do your laundry regularly. But did you know that there are also some laundry tricks that really everyone should know? In this video I will show you 6 such tricks that can surely help you too.

1) Instead of fabric softener, you can add salt to your washing machine. Because salt also ensures that your laundry becomes really nice and soft. Just put some salt in the fabric softener compartment and wash your clothes as usual.

Take a piece of aluminum foil and form it into a ball. Now you can put this ball into the dryer. You can also do this with dryer sheets, but the variant with the aluminum foil is better, because you can use it again and again.

3. if you have pets and therefore always animal hair in your laundry, then you can use antibacterial wet wipes. You just have to put them in the washing machine with you when you do the laundry, and they will absorb the pet hair and you will have much less of it in your clothes.

4. if you want to clean your washing machine, you can put a steel wool sponge in your washing machine in combination with baking soda. However, you should not put any clothes in the washing machine for this. Instead, put 2 tablespoons and the sponge in the washing machine. Start a program with high temperature. Remove the steel wool sponge after 15 minutes and then let it finish.

If you don't have detergent, you can use mouthwash. Just put a cap of mouthwash directly into the drum and wash your clothes as usual. Afterwards it is nice and clean and smells fresh.

When you put the laundry in the dryer, you can put an extra dry towel in with it. This will absorb some of the moisture and you can cut your drying time in half with this little trick.
