If democracies were the best form of governance, then God would have set up one but He never did. Although He believed in a representational government, howbeit, democracy is not the only form of representational government. A representative government has every tribe involved like in Moses’ time when God told him to pick elders from all the twelve tribes of Israel.

Difference between Theocracy and Democracy : Theocracy is the rule by God. Democracy is the government of the people, by the people and for the people. It is a rule of the majority. We should rather have and want the government of God (or whoever God picks), by God and for God. This is because He made everything and for His pleasure they are and were created.

There are two basic spheres of authorities on the earth - Civil Authority and Spiritual Authority. Many spiritual leaders often think they're over the civil leaders, and this is due to basic spiritual illiteracy. Civil authority is completely different from spiritual authority and none is over any. Saying one is above another is liked saying the Executive is over the Judiciary.
