MAUI FIRES ROUNDUP, PART TWO: ANALYSIS AND SPECULATIONS

Yesterday you'll recall I offered a "roundup" of some material and articles on the Maui fires. Today I'd like to offer a brief summary analysis and high octane speculation about what it might all mean. I've divided the areas of concern into the following major areas of patterns and sub-areas of patterns, all of which bear a strong resemblance to other fires we've seen in recent years: (1) a distinctive pattern of anomalies; (2) pre-fire chemtrails and spraying; (3) mechanisms of ignition: (a) poor forest maintenance and no controlled brush burns; (b) potential indicators of possible energy weapon use; (c) potential indicators of weaponized power grid use (via smart meters?), (d) suspicious prevention of the use of water to quash fires and a potential (microwave) explanation; (4) suspicious pre- and post-fire land use connections; (5) the odd space force connection and odd timing of Chinese laser announcement.
(1) A Distinctive Pattern of Anomalies:
The Maui fires exhibit a number of distinctive patterns that parallel anomalous phenomena encountered in the California fires, and to a certain degree, the fires in Canada and Australia. For example, in case after case, we see homes and buildings burned to the ground, while  nearby shrubbery and trees remain apparently unaffected, while elsewhere, the shrubbery and trees appear burned. As in the case with the California fires, local residents recorded videos of these anomalies, or recorded anomalous behavior from local and state law enforcement officials. As is the case in the California fires, there is also present in the Maui fires the presence of installations or corporations with connections to the military, or outright direct involvement with it.
(2) Pre-fire Chemtrails and Spraying:
As with the California fires, there have been reports of apparent "site preparation" with chemical spraying from overhead aircraft, and in some cases conjecture that this spraying involved aerosolized ammonia nitrate, a fertilzer with a high ignition and flammability danger. To my  knowledge no chemical analysis has been performed to back these claims, though it does appear that the chemtrail phenomenon was evident prior to the fire.
(3) Mechanisms of Ignition: (a) Poor forest maintenance and no controlled brush burns
In considered ignition modalities, the reporting and observations seem to favor a combination of various methods or sources of ignition, rather than just one, for example, a combination of poor land management policy and practice, chemtrail spraying of aerosolized combustibles, weather factors such as high (and drying) winds), and possible exotic ignition methods, such as electrical grid pulsing via smart meters, and/or directed energy weapon. With this in mind we look briefly at each:
One very obvious pattern held in common with the California, and presumably Canadian and Australian fires, is poor forest land management practices, often done in the name of "environmentalism" or "conservation", where underbrush and growth is allowed to grow unchecked. Controlled burns, such as any farmer knows to practice, are rare and a large contributory factor to the rapid spread and intensity of these fires.  Additionally, in the case of the Maui fires, we are told that high winds and weather patterns helped to dry out the local foliage.
(3) Mechanisms of Ignition: (b) Potential indicators of possible energy weapon use
Many surviving residents of Lahaina are raising the question of directed energy weapons, and as with the California fires, pictures quickly emerged on the internet of alleged "laser shots" into the foliage from space. Unfortunately, absent eye-witness on-site testimony of people actually seeing such things, pictures cannot constitute proof of anything other than that such allegations are out there. Pictures can be faked, and at best are corroborative of eyewitness testimony.  Additionally, people can and do lie, so in the case of directed energy weapons claims, it is important to try to find several witnesses and to interview them individually and separately.  In one instance, as we saw in yesterday's roundup, some residents are reporting the ignition of fires in trees from the ground up rather than from the top down, as would be expected from a laser fired from an aircraft or from space.  Such a phenomenon  seems to suggest that perhaps, if a directed energy weapon was involved, then rather than a laser system one might be looking at a "Tesla" system where the Earth itself is used as a broadcast antenna, in this case directing high amounts of ground electricity.
(3) Mechanisms of Ignition: (c) Potential indicators of weaponized power grid use (via smart meters?)
In the case of the Maui fires as in the case of the Paradise, California fires, some reports have emerged that smart meters or the electrical junction boxes to homes show signs of having been the point of ignition. As I have hypothesized before, on the basis that every electrical circuit can itself be a broadcast medium, and can carry modulated information in its current, this current can be deliberately pulsed with transients to cause fires.  As was seen in yesterday's round-up, there are already calls for investigations along these lines (and in one case, the call was dated from 2014  and reported in the lamestream media!)
(3) Mechanisms of Ignition (d) Suspicious prevention of the use of water to quash fires and a potential (microwave) explanation
As if all of this were not enough to suggest an element of planning or deliberate action behind the fires, there is the strange fact that water was apparently either not available to firefighters, or was deliberately turned off. Additionally, the failure of the local fire alarm sirens is highly suspicious. How do two emergency systems - alarms and water - fail at the same time? The odds are so high as to be highly unlikely, and additionally, these failures were also apparently due to "poor decision making" on the part of local officials... or perhaps that's just the cover, and they were following either orders, or ideology. In any case - incompetence, following orders, or following ideology - the result betokens an element of deliberateness that cannot be dismissed.
Additionally, there is another factor to consider behind the apparent denial of water, and it is, unfortunately, a rather grizzly one. In an environment potentially saturated with microwaves, the very last thing one wants to do is saturate people - and their clothing - with water, because water in particular is highly reactive to microwaves. Think of your "quick soups" and dishes that you pop into your microwave oven, and you get the idea. Thus, the denial of water might suggest "insider knowledge" that microwaves are present in the fire environment.
(4) Suspicious pre- and post-fire land use connections
As with the California fires, there is the highly suspicious fact that the land affected was the target of investors who wanted it for their own purposes (in the case of California, for "development by Silicon Valley invesitors", or for its moribund high speed rail route). In the case of the Maui fire, stories have emerged that the locals were refusing to sell their land. After the fire, Hawaii governor Green was allegedly overheard stating that he would find a way to buy the land.
(5) The Odd Space Force Connection and the Odd Timing of the Chinese Laser Announcement
A final factor that cannot at this juncture be dismissed as having possible relevance is the presence on Maui of US Space Force military installations, including a military observatory.  The fires also occurred more or less in the same time frame as the Chinese announcement that it had perfected a method of the cooling of military-grade lasers, allowing them to fire continuously without heat buildup.
Some conclusions
Putting all of this together, there is enough that is suspicious about the Maui fire to suggest that the fire was deliberate and desired, and these suspicions begin with the policy of poor management of the land itself. The other factors are exacerbating factors that, depending on the method(s) of ignition that might finally be determined to be the case, are contributory.
Once deliberateness has been admitted to be a possibility, the question then becomes one of "who?" and "why?", not "how?" Here it is anyone's guess, from deliberate action by some domestic or international actor, to possible covert war between this country's government and its geopolitical adversaries.  Some people have advised me privately that there is already "intelligence scuttlebutt" that "China did it", making the story of the Chinese laser cooling breakthrough rather convenient.
In considering the question of "who" and "why", however, one comes face to face with the problem of the modality or modalities of ignition. If one is dealing with an air-based or space-based directed energy system, them obviously this limits the perpetrators to a very small and narrow club of nations (or other entities) with the capability. Conversely, if one is dealing with pulses delivered via the electrical grid or smart meters, the more likely candidates are domestic, i.e., people with access to the grid, and to the equipment, that would make it possible (notably, this again does not exclude foreign actors but makes it much less likely). When these factors are combined with the alleged spraying of aerosolized combustibles prior to the fire, then it becomes much more probable that the perpetrators are "domestic", rather than "international."
So there is much left hanging in mid-air. Time will, of course, tell which of these scenarios is the most likely.
