Beef Cheese steak Sandwich

Ingredients for Mustard Mayo Sauce Preparation:
Mustard Paste 2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 1 cup

Ingredients for Sautéed Veggies:
Oil 2 Tbsp.
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Mushrooms (sliced) 1 cup

Ingredients for Cheesesteak:
Oil 3 Tbsp
Beef Boneless Strips 800 g
Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp
Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Sautéed veggies
Nurpur American Burger Slice (2)

Ingredients for Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich:
Hoagie Buns as required
Prepared Cheesesteak
Mustard Mayo Sauce

Directions for Mustard Mayo Sauce Preparation:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise and mustard paste and mix it well to make a sauce. Set aside.
Directions for Sautéed Veggies Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil, capsicum, onions, and mushrooms and sauté them for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Directions for Cheesesteak Preparation:
2. In a pan heat oil and then boneless beef. Cook until beef changes color and water releases.
3. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder and cook until beef is fully done and water dries out.
4. Add sautéed veggies and mix them well.
5. Now divide quarter portions in the pan and place Nurpur American Burger Slice on top of the divided portions.
6. Take a hoagie bun and cut it from the center. Toast it on griddle for a minute.
7. Apply mustard mayo sauce on hoagie bun and put cooked beef with cheese, spread sauce again and Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches are ready.
