Crispy Potato Fritters Recipe:

1 cup chopped or grated potatoes
1/2 cup chopped or grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp corn flour
Heated pan (medium to low flame)
Steps:

Begin by preparing your vegetables. Grate or chop the potatoes, carrots, red bell pepper, and green onions finely.
In a mixing bowl, add the grated potatoes and carrots. Squeeze out any excess moisture.
Add the chopped red bell pepper and green onions to the bowl.
Crack an egg into the mixture and mix well.
