I like to make different types of protein smoothies to get protein, but also to have some thing that taste pretty good. Vanilla flavoured protein goes very well with different fruit blend especially berries in my opinion. Here's how to make your own berry vanilla protein smoothie in a few easy steps.
1-1.5 cups of ultrafiltered milk or alternative
1.2 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1-1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder
140g of frozen berries.
Combining all this together, in the order that I show in the video will give you a very good tasting smoothie in relatively no time at all.
