50% magnification, from a 6;1 iron core transformer in flyback & step-DOWN arrangement. Vpi = 23V, Vout = 34Vppk. Under WFC loaded conditions
23VDC @ 93mA = 2.131 W
For the first time in arrangements, it's seen where adjusting core gap 100% open draws less current, than with it fully closed. Something atypical of the 8XA or VIC stepup transformer.
