Quick High Protein Smoothie/Shake Recipe
If you are ever ina. rush and need a quick and easy protein smoothie recipe, then I got you. This can be either a smoothie with fruit or more like a shake with chocolate flavors, but I wanted to make a very quick video to help out in that case. I have other protein smoothie recipes so go check them out if you want to see some more ideas!
Quick high protein smoothie recipe:
1-1.5 cup ultrafiltered milk (or milk alternative)
2-4 Tablespoons greek yogurt
1-1.5 scoops protein powder
2 tablespoon chia/flax seeds (optional, for texture)
140-200g frozen fruit
You can experiment with how much of each you use, but you can also follow what I do in the video!
