Join us on this beautiful and relaxing adventure to Tierra Verde Beach Florida. Fort De Soto is a beautiful tropical location on the north side opening to Tampa Bay, Florida. It sits just south of St. Petersburg, north of Anna Maria Island, and just West of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and Tampa Bay. At one time a fort protected the Tampa Bay entrance, but now its a country park and more of a nature preserve. We visit a private reserve Beach exploring and looking for wildlife, shells,turtle nests and birds in this Wilderness Preserve. What else will we find? Watch to find out.
