Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses yet another beat down taken by the State of California, by the 9th Circuit (so you know it's bad), this time a First Amendment challenge to California's restrictions on marketing products in their state. The case, Junior Sports Magazine Inc. v. Bonta was just decided by a three judge panel of the 9th Circuit who overturned the lower court's denial of a motion for a temporary injunction.
