(REVISED) Velma DIY costume and makeup tutorial. This is Cal O'Ween!

Today we'll create my favorite character, Velma ! From the classic cartoon series, Scooby Doo.

What I used to create this look..

Black liquid eyeliner - any

socks - $11.99 / amazon
Skirt $15.99 / amazon
glasses $15.00 / shoe carnival

I paid $73.00 for this costume and I already had the wig and shoes ( way too much) but that's what happens when your costume is last minute. I am certain I could've found at least the sweater and shoes in thrift stores if I'd had a little more time...If you are ordering the packages costume off of amazon, you'll still need to buy the shoes so with shipping, it'll come out to about the same as what I paid or a bit cheaper, so try and use what you have at home or thrift it if you can, but get started NOW!!!!
