"Sizzling Spice meets Savory Comfort: Chilli Garlic Gnocchi with a Crispy Spinach Twist"

If you love garlic bread then try this take using gnocchi

📝Recipe:

🌱Ingredients:
-2 tbsp EVOO
-2 cups spinach leaves (washed and drained)
-salt, according to your taste
-2 tbsp butter
-6 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tsp chilli flakes
-salt according to your taste
-500g gnocchi
-1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
-1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-pine nuts
-1 tbsp green pesto

👩🏻‍🍳Method:
-coat the spinach leaves with 1 tbsp EVOO and some salt, air fry them at 200C for 20 mins (shake through every 5 mins)
-make the chilli garlic butter by mixing butter with parsley, garlic, chilli flakes and some salt.
-boil the gnocchi for 2 mins. Then in a pan, toss them with 1 tbsp of EVOO. Once it turns golden, add the chilli garlic butter and toss them again until it gets a little crispier. Remove the pan from the heat and add grated parmesan cheese and mix it well.
-when plating, drizzle the gnocchi with some green pesto mixed with EVOO. Top with crispy spinach and pine nuts.
