Here are some seasonings to take your cooking to the next level! All homemade & preservative free 🥳
Cheese Powder
🧀 Grate cheese & mix in some arrow root powder (to absorb the moisture)
🧀 Let it air dry until crisp
🧀 Powder with turmeric, salt & oregano
Tomato Powder
🍅 Remove seeds & slice tomatoes thin
🍅 Sundry them until crisp (breaks easily without moisture)
🍅 Powder it after
Onion Powder
🧅Wash & remove onion skin (powder & use for plants)
🧅 Slice thin, sundry until crisp
🧅 Slightly roast them (optional - only if it’s still soggy, this changes the flavour to slightly caramel). You could use this without powdering too, to garnish biriyanis (without added oil!)
🧅 Blend
Mint/Coriander Powder
🍀 Wash well & remove stem & roots (use stems & roots to grow your own greens)
🍀 Air dry (sun drying reduces flavour)
🍀 Once the leaves are crisp, blend it
