What is magnesium?
Magnesium is a coenzyme which means it is a helper nutrient for enzymes. Magnesium is involved in over 300 different enzymes.
It’s very difficult to detect a magnesium deficiency because most magnesium is inside the cell.
Magnesium Functions (Cofactor in Enzymes):
