I want to differentiate wheat grass juice powder from the wheat that many people eat in the form of bread, pasta, cereal, and the like. When you consume wheat, you’re consuming the seed not the grass; in other words, the grain. Wheat grain products aren’t good for your health.

What I recommend is wheat grass, which is the baby wheat plant. Wheat grass doesn’t have gluten.

A highly credible study found that wheatgrass was helpful to reduce the severity of ulcerative colitis and rectal bleeding.

There’s a property in wheat grass that’s beneficial for your skin, both external and internal. People take it for bedsores and irritable bowel syndrome, for example. Wheat grass helps with internal inflammatory conditions related to your digestive system. As well, if you have a genetic condition that causes low hemoglobin, wheat grass will help.
