In this video, we're going to share with you a delicious cheddar biscuit recipe. These homemade cheddar biscuits are easy and keto-friendly. Karen also added a little bit of jalapeño to give these low carb cheddar biscuits a little something extra, but that's optional. This is especially great with some grass-fed butter. If you're on the ketogenic diet, but you love bread, you have to check this recipe out. 
 
Cheddar Biscuit Recipe:
Ingredients
1 ½ cup almond flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or 'sour cream'
1/3 cup shredded organic cheddar cheese (preferably from grass-fed animals)
4 tbsp melted butter
 
Directions
Set oven to 400 degrees.
Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine all wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add cheese (and even jalapeños if you like).
Spoon into muffin cups evenly. This fills about 6 cups.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden.
