Today I’m going to share with you 8 weird things I tried to get healthy. I want to share these dietary mistakes with you so you can void making them.

When I was about 28, I was very sick, and I hit rock bottom. I was searching for anything to help me get healthy, or that would teach me how to be healthy. I would actually take close to 100 vitamins a day.

Here are the 8 weird things I tried to get healthy:

1. 12 oz. of radish juice
Radishes have a lot of health benefits. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing to do, but the amount I was doing was harmful and painful.

2. Ear candles
I’m not sure this does much, and I think it can be dangerous.

3. Colema
This will clean you out, but it can also really deplete your electrolytes. It can be dangerous if you do not do it correctly.

4. Olive oil gallbladder cleanse
This can deplete your bile reserve and can be dangerous. I just barely survived this.

5. Heavy-duty probiotic
I believe doing this activated something in my body that had been dormant and caused me to have Lyme disease.

6. The rusty nail experiment
It can be very dangerous if you step on a rusty nail or something, and you don’t get help.

7. The master cleanse
This is like starving yourself. I wasn’t able to fix the root problem this way.

8. Kidney herbal detox
I took too much of this, and taking too much can be dangerous.
