Representative Bowman, a representative for idiots, has been all but charged in obstructing a government proceeding with his antics of pulling the Fire Alarm, to delay a vote his Democrat comrades were more than willing to support! The best lie he could come up with, or his staff, is that he was confused! We know that brain damage is an endemic issue within the Democrat party, but the public doesn't abide in the same standard.
