Day 28 - When the Ego becomes the teacher

The Ego plays a part in every moment of our lives. When we bring awareness to anything that is not our truth, there is always a teaching for us to find.

In every moment all we have is Now, when we are present in the now, we are the gift. That gift is a choice, and that choice is each to make when we are at one with our soul

When we are present we get to fully observe the mind without any attachments and start realising how the ego becomes our biggest teacher.

Bring awareness to those moments which may have previously shocked you into a fear state and become the observer of your body and mind.
