-shredded cheddar cheese

Gumbo:
-1/2 cup Wesson oil
-1 cup flour
-4 quarts water
-2 large onions, diced
-garlic powder
-1 cup green onions, diced
-1/4 cup parsley
-1/8 cup bell pepper, diced
-1/8 cup celery, diced
-salt and pepper to taste
-1-2 lbs sausage browned
-1-3 lbs chicken cooked
