Was this Palestinian Ambulance Bombed?

Based on analysis, I doubt this was a bomb. The lightest bomb in Israeli inventory is the GBU-39 Small diameter bomb and the warhead of that bomb would have obliterated the ambulance. This vehicle was most likely struck by falling debris.
