Want to know how to make a chicken cordon bleu? Well here you go! It's not exactly the same a real chicken cordon bleu because I was going for more of a meatballs vibe, but it's still tasty and perfect for a carnivore diet

RECIPE

STUFFED MEATBALLS

1lb Ground Chicken
4 Oz Cubed Swiss
4 Oz Black Forest Ham
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Eggs
5 oz Ground Pork Rinds

1) Grab about 3 oz of your ground chicken and flatten it out into a circle on a work surface. Place aslice of ham on top of that, and the a couple cubes of cheese. Pick the whole thing up and encase the ham and cheese with the ground chicken.
2) In a bowl, combine your eggs and cream. Place your balls into your cream mixture and then into your pork rinds.
2) Place these onto a parchment lined baking sheet and place them into a noven at 375°F for 22-25 minutes or until firm and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

MEATBALLS

1lb Ground Chicken
4 Oz Cubed Swiss
4 Oz Black Forest Ham
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Eggs
5 oz Ground Pork Rinds
1/4 Cup Water

1) In a blender cup, add your chicken, swiss, ham, and water. Blend until everything is homogenous. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow to firm up.
2) Ball up by hand (or using an ice cream scoop) and drop them into your cream mixture. Then into your breadcrumbs. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
3) Place the pan into an oven set to 375°F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
