Barbell Squat Alternative

If you suffer from lower back pain or have decreased shoulder range of motion that prevents you from doing barbell squats, a squat harness is a great alternative.

The squat harness has a couple of hooks on the sides that can be attached to different types of resistance: cable machines, resistance bands, dumbbells (when using it with UClips)

The harness distributes the weight even across my torso, reduces pressure on my spine, and at the same time keeps tension in my legs.
