Welcome back to my channel! In this video I am sharing a 3 ingredient juice recipe to fight inflammation. This juice is simple to make, but is a strong juice. Beginners can add pineapple or apple to make more palatable. I have been juicing for years now so I enjoy a strong juice because I know it is good for my health. I do not usually drink straight fruit juice. When I first got into juicing, carrots was my go to and then as time went on I wanted to increase the greens in my diet.
