Easy 5 Minute Baked Oatmeal with Protein! No eggs!
This vegan-friendly air fryer baked oatmeal is a quick and easy breakfast recipe that's packed with protein. Made with rolled oats, ripe banana, protein powder or almond flour, you only need 5 minutes to prepare. Pour the mixture into ramekins, bake in the air fryer/ oven at 160°C / 320°F for 18-22 minutes, and top with chocolate chips and cinnamon for extra flavor. No eggs needed!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
85 g rolled oats(~ 1 cup)
1 ripe medium banana
20 g protein powder/ almond flour(~2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons maple syrup/ honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
160 ml milk/ plant milk (2/3 cup)
2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm/ 4-5 ounce
chocolate chips(optional)
cinnamon
bake 18-22 minutes at 160°C / 320°F
