With just a few simple ingredients, including rolled oats, ripe banana, cocoa and maple syrup, you can whip up a batch of these muffins in no time. Ingredients:

85 g rolled oats(~ 1 cup)
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp cocoa/ carob powder
1 egg
125 ml milk/ almond milk(1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
chocolate chips(optional)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
