75 g grated carrot(3/4 cup)
cinnamon
30 g greek yogurt (1 3/4 tbsp)
160 ml milk/ plant milk (2/3 cup)
60 g oat flour (2/3 cup)
40 g peanut flour (2/3 cup)
3 g baking powder (3/4 teaspoon)
salt
chopped nuts
if you want it to be sweet, you can add 20-30 g of sweetener
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C /360°F
