Ingredients:

50 g rolled oats / 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
2 tbsp protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds(optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder(2 g)
1 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter
170 ml plant milk(3/4 cup)/ or your favorite milk
25 g blueberries(1/4 cup)
9 x 5 cm ramekin size
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
