These scrumptious muffins are simple to make, and ready to devour in less than thirty minutes
In this post we're covering how to work with almond flour when making almond flour muffins, how to make muffins, what sweeteners to use when making muffins, and what chocolate chips to use.
Ingredients:

200 g almond flour ( 2 cups)
pinch of salt
3 tbsp carob powder / cocoa
5 g baking powder/ 1 teaspoon
2 ripe bananas (215 g)
2 medium eggs
3 tbsp maple syrup
50 g dark chocolate (1.7 oz)
dark chocolate chips for decoration

bake 20-25 minutes at 175°/ 350°F
