Delicious baked banana oats recipe in 2 minutes! Low calorie dessert for breakfast! A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result! Healthy oats dessert in 1 minute! A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

1 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter(all natural)
1 tbsp carob powder/ or cocoa
pinch of salt
3 g baking powder / ~ 3/4 teaspoon.
135 ml milk/ plant milk / 1/2 cup
45 g rolled oats / ~ 1/2 cup.
2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm
dark chocolate flakes(optional)
chopped walnuts

bake 25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
