Ingredients:
1. Overnight oats with cream cheese and honey:
- 45 g rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons carob powder / or cocoa
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 120 ml almond milk
1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese / or mascarpone
1 teaspoon honey
chocolate chips (optional)

cover and refrigerate for 6 hours

2. Overnight oatswith banana and chocolate:
- 45 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 120 ml almond milk
- few banana slices
- melted chocolate on top
- crispy almonds (optional)

cover and refrigerate for 6 hours
