I managed to track down this Brazilian version of this Episode from the show.
It is Episode Six, and called "Spooking is Hazardous To Your Health"

An English version is still unavailable, so I thought this would be better than nothing - and I have made a stab at doing the translation from Portuguese.

I apologize if it is not completely accurate - I tried my best.

Resolution increased to 720p - not HD, as the file was not good enough to increase any further
