Topanga State Beach is located at 18700 Pacific Coast Highway just North of where Topanga Canyon Boulevard meets the sea at PCH. There is a small parking lot that you may enter into and pay to park or you can parallel park along PCH or Topanga Canyon Blvd. for free - just double check the street signs to make sure you are not parked during a Tow Away period.
This quiet, little beach has quite a few rocks in sections which make it not as popular as beaches in Santa Monica or Zuma. It is adjacent to Lower Topanga Lagoon and some pricey Malibu homes. If you want to get wet and play in the ocean, bring your Tevas or other water shoes with solid bottoms to protect your feet from the rocks.
