A vehicle has exploded on a bridge that connects theUS and Canada near the Niagara Falls, according to

the FBI.

The incident took place on the Rainbow Bridge one daybefore the Thanksgiving holiday in the US, one of thebusiest travel days of the year.

According to the city of Niagara Falls, the vehicle wasattempting to enter the US when it exploded.

All crossings are currently closed until further notice,officials said.
