This is how I replaced my monthly dose of over-the-counter pain killers for Teas and Herbs. 👇
👀 THE ROUTINE:
My routine included 3-4 pain killers in the morning (~ 800 mg) and the same at night JUST to get through the pain.
😣THE EFFECTS
However, this was a temporary fix and my cramps continued to get worse and worse every month in addition to the horrible side effects of pain killers (they mess up your stomach!)
❤️ WHAT I DID
SO I decided to try Moon Tea in addition to other natural remedies such as Yoni Steams and pelvic massage.
Wanna hear the gross truth?
I had MONTHS of calcified blood causing my cramps and my stomach lining was thinning because of my excessive use of pain killers. Yikes.
✨MY NEW ROUTINE
👉5 days before my cycle:
• Raspberry Leaf Tea (2x a day)
• Yoni Steam
• No Caffeine, No Alcohol
🌙On my cycle:
• Shea’s Apothecary Moon Tea (helps with cramps, easy flow, and helps relax my muscles)
• Pelvic Massage
• Optional: Castor Oil Pack (helps break up the calcification)
