1. I am thinking about getting a LSG 20 x 36 curious, why you chose this size vs the 42? Can you talk about how much meat capacity it has?
2. I have owned the 18" WSM for about 5 years now and love it. Is there anything you would prefer on the WSM vs the LSG?

Hello T-ROY! I believe I've seen that you have a Kamado Joe. If so it appears you don't use it often. Do you not like it? I'm going to be getting one soon. Seems to have better features and a better price than a Big Green Egg.

Is the butcher paper your meat comes in the same as the paper used in the BBQ? We get our meat in a bag then wrapped in thick white paper. Can we just use that instead of buying paper?
