Protein Sparing Chips and Dip | Keto Chips with Homemade Ranch | PSMF Recipe

You can make these protein sparing chips in your oven or in a dehydrator! They are exactly the same recipe as my PSMF pasta noodles! Just spread the batter out thinner over 2 trays instead of one!

Ingredients for Protein Sparing Chips:
• 3 ½ oz (100g) cooked chicken (white meat)
• 1 oz (30 g) reduced fat mozzarella, grated finely
• 2/3 cup egg whites
• Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth, no lumps. Spread on 2 silicon mats on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes or until edges start to brown and lift. Season and then score lightly. Lift the pieces out onto dehydrator sheets or onto a rack with parchment paper if using oven. Dehydrate for 4-5 hours or bake in oven at lowest setting for 4-5 hours.
Macros for entire batch: 312 calories, Protein: 48g, Fat: 12g, Total carbs: 5.4, Fiber: 0

Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix (mix up in a jar):
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste

Add 1-2 tsp to 1/2 cup non fat yogurt to make the dip
