October 10, 2023, at around 12:23 a.m., Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to in reference to a commercial burglary in progress at a boat repair yard. An employee of the business advised he received an alert from the alarm company that an unidentified man was at the business stealing an ATV valued at around $20,000. The man was also observed forcibly entering a pickup truck on the property.
