Video Description:
Inflammation is a natural part of your body’s defense mechanism where your immune system recognizes and removes harmful and foreign stimuli and then begins the healing process. But, too commonly this necessary process goes rogue in our body silently damaging healthy tissues and organs and this damage can go undetected for years. The destruction of nerve tissue it can cause can result in scarring of the nerves and damage to the mitochondria. This can result in peripheral neuropathy or it can worsen the neuropathy symptoms you’re already enduring.

So, in today’s video, I’m going to educate you on the different types of inflammation we experience.

What causes inflammation to go rogue.
How it affects your nervous system and what you can do to stop it.
