‎Shihu is a scenic area of Suzhou, and its a part of Taihu National Scenic Area, where the Song Dynasty poet Fan Chengda settled in his late years, with fishing houses, sky mirror pavilions, Spring Bridge, Shihu moon and other landscape scenery.‎
‎In 2013 Shihu was recognized as a national 4A-class scenic spot by the National Tourism Administration.‎ also this is one of the beautiful cultural place for Suzhou ancient history
