Making choices and decisions without ego can be difficult, especially if you have not gone through a spiritual awakening. In recent years the ego has strengthened more and more, because human beings are moving further and further away from their soul due to stress and an increasingly hectic life with little contact with nature.I decided to make this video because I want you to understand how the ego controls your life, your actions and your thoughts even if you are completely unaware of it. I thought about it because I realized that sometimes I am too caught up in thoughts and actions of the ego and therefore unaware. The most important thing is to distinguish the actions and thoughts of the ego from those of the soul, and when you are capable and aware of this, you are able to manage your life more, have control over it and have control of your mind and feelings.
