Quests/Steps:

I. Fontaine Research Institute, Stagnating in the Rubble

(If option A, start here) Go to the preliminary review location
- This step is automatically completed if the Recon Log Meks are approached before talking to Katheryne.

(If option B, start here) Defeat all the enemies
- Find Nacker
0:05:07 Go to the Executive Office of Fontaine Research Institute
0:08:07 Go to the Materials Office of Fontaine Research Institute
0:10:43 Operate the Transfer Terminal to unblock the area
0:15:46 Retrieve the Survey Anchor
0:17:05 Defeat the malfunctioning meka
0:19:12 Go to the next location
0:19:58 Recover Fontaine Research Institute research assets
0:22:20 Defeat the malfunctioning meka
0:22:46 Go to the Fontaine Research Institute
0:31:22 Retrieve the remaining Anchors

NOTE: Progression past this step requires completing Go to the Institute Dormitories and retrieve the Anchor and Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications and retrieve the Anchor.

II. Go to the Institute Dormitories and retrieve the Anchor
0:31:23 Go to the Institute Dormitories
0:33:56 Retrieve the Survey Anchor

III. Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications and retrieve the Anchor
0:36:04 Go to the Institute of Clockwork Applications
- Defeat all the Gardemeks
0:37:55 Enter the Institute of Clockwork Applications
0:38:16 Retrieve the Survey Anchor

0:40:41 Return to the new Fontaine Research Institute and report to Raimondo
0:45:01 Go to the ruins of the Fontaine Research Institute
0:52:58 Defeat all of the malfunctioning meka
- Use a Kamera to take pictures and document the area
0:55:21 Find Chronie
0:56:23 Go back to the Fontaine Research Institute and report to Raimondo
0:59:31 Go to the ruins of the Fontaine Research Institute
- Defeat all of the malfunctioning meka
1:00:11 Examine the large, out-of-control Arkhium
Recover the condensing components (0/4)
- 01:01:47 1/4

01:11:30 Talk to Raimondo
01:12:59 Shut off the Experimental Field Generator
01:16:28 Return to the Fontaine Research Institute
