Before him there was no king like him who turned to the LORD with all
his heart and with all his soul and with all his might, according to all
the law of Moses; nor did any like him arise after him. 2 Kings 23:25
You don’t have to look very far to clearly see things are really messed
up in our country and in our world. We see wars all around us. Good is
called evil and evil is called good. Christians peacefully praying in
front of an abortion clinic are being arrested by the FBI. Children are
being sexually abused by school counselors who tell a confused child
all their emotional pain will go away if they will just accept they are
actually the opposite sex of the sex they were born with. Pastors that
preach that marriage is between one man and one womean are called
haters. And the list goes on.
Today’s message is not about cursing the darkness. It is about turning
from the darkness and embracing the light and love of God.
