Mark Morgan, former Acting Commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, condemns the Supreme Court’s ruling earlier this week that permits federal agents to remove razor wire fencing installed by Texas along the southern border. “I applaud Governor Abbott. I hope for every row of concertina wire that’s removed, I hope he puts two back up,” says Morgan. “And I hope this is going to lead, ultimately, to the constitutional showdown that is needed here.”
